I bench them when they get below 80, and I always pick the fittest players first. They're mostly comparable. When I play an important match I just pick the best players.

I play the players with highest condition aswell, think I better try and get a bigger squad to keep them that high. My best player at the moment is a 65 rated player 98 condition, on loan from another but playing great because of his condition. My mid Sebastien Leroy moved up to a 78 overall rating last game , hope he gets to 80 before he retires.

I sold my 31-year old mid for 4.050.000 to Belenenses. Good one! I've got an article on him in the newspaper:

In the autumn of his career, “Mr. Cambuur” Diego van der Doelen has signed for Belenenses. This unexpected move was partially caused by the disappointing performance of his team in the dutch first division. Diego: “Last year we could compete with the best teams in our league, but it was obvious that the rebuilding of our team costed a lot of points at the start of the season. But we expected to compete for the top place this season, and promotion to the Eredivisie.” A bad start spoiled these hopes though, and a drastic change of tactics couldn’t make up for the lost points. “We didn’t have much room for improvements for next season either, and when Belenenses offered me this chance I took it. I’m 31 now, and I always wanted to go abroad.”

Asked for a response, Cambuur manager Gosse Muijzer declared: “It’s a real loss, but on the other hand it creates new possibilities as well. We have to live on a tight budget, and we need more players to compete on a higher level. We’re looking for several youngsters to fill Diego’s place, although I’ve got little hope that we’ll find someone with a brilliant pass like Diego’s.”

Ive managed to get a 68 rated striker in on loan until the end of the season now, which will definately help. I might also be losing my favourite player Sebastien Leroy overall rating 78, age 31; but in a swap deal for a 78 rated player, age 19!!! If I get this deal done I'll be very pleased!!

Perhaps they just didn't want to sell their player, I get plenty of bids for my players that are generally too low (i.e just over their current value) and for players that I really don't want to sell.

But when you just got your team, the symbols and markers are always mixed up. So in fact then you should sell of your better players, in order to find the proper matched players.

There's one team who keeps asking me for about half of my players. Really annoying.

He is newbie to the game and dont think he really noticed the big age difference, my player Leroy is the better attacking player of the two and I think he saw that and accepted the deal. Its not gone through yet as I cant make transfers this week after getting Rufus in on loan. Im just praying he wont change his mindbefore thursday!! Ive also made an offer of a 67 rated mid + 3mil for a 73 rated player which might be accepted; if it is i would have 10 players rated 73 or better .

Damn!!!! I won 1-0 last game, 2pt lead at the top 2 games to go. But I got my first ever injury in my three seasons in charge in training!! Surprise surprise it went to my goalkeeper!! I now have a striker lined up in goal, with handling of 30; Im just hoping someone will loan me a goalkeeper...
