For Americans: how patriotic are you?

Actually, Indonesia is a beautiful place. Especially Sumatra...the Orangutans and the "Raffelsia" are very interesting to see, and the people are generally very hospitable.

I agree that most of Indonesia is well worth to go to. But there are also a lot of unstable regions in Indonisia ,with terrorist groups like the Abu Sayef ,wich are known for targetting tourists.

All Americans, Europeans ans Australians have been ordered out of Indonesia for their own safety. All Foreign schools closed and foreign businesses heavily guarded.

Indonesia used to be the favourite holiday spot for Aussies, especially Bali.

Now it looks like in the future, East Timor will replace it.

Well, I voted not perfect but still best. This country ain't God, but it's a decent place to live in.

Yes, again I haven't been back since 1999. Really ashame...I planned to go back this coming March too. I may just have to skip it.

Still a beautiful country, and I still think most of Sumatra is no more dangerous than most other parts of the world (which maybe still dangerous considering whats going on right now).
