Force end turn immediately

How to force end of your turn in CIV 6.

I can't seem to find any way to do it..

(no unit movement except automatic movement, not building choices etc. -> directly end turn)

This is useful in late war monger games.

I would also like to know this as I have a save where im stuck at 'units needs to move' but nothing happens and all units movepoints have been used.

A quick shortcut to end turn immediately would solve this for me.
