Foreign Advisor Info Screen Help

So I'm playing realism Invictus 3.5 as the Celts, I don't think the mod change this info screen but I could be wrong. I searched online and in game and I can't find out what these mean. So if anyone can tell me what the stuff in the red square and the orange square means I would appreciate it.

I assume the left is the number of trade routes to cities of that civ and the right is the total commerce generated from these routes. Routes on your own civ are going to be internal.

Useful for getting an idea of just how much commerce you're generating from open borders with a particular civ.

BTW I've tried to figure out how to make this screen wider. Have often more than 20 civs in a game and the "glance" section looks very ugly.
I presume both CvExoticForeignAdvisor.py and CvForeignAdvisor.py should be edited; have managed to change resolution, but still
can't center the screen to make it look more elegant. Any hints?
