Forum Game: Night of the Werewolf Game Thread

Ha! Woodelf was so drunk when he left the Scratch 'n Thistle he didn't even know where he was coming from...

I may be a drunk and a crappy farmer, but I'm not swinging both ways or a werewolf. Keep the Tavern open longer, please!

Come now...ye know as well as I that fairies doesn't exist...it's just superschtitious people who mistake butterflies for them...I saw 'im, did I...saw someone, t'least...the butterflies led me to 'im, yes they did...

Smoky (The one in the grey ribbon) says that we must trust the blue butterflies. I think you must be on to something.

EDIT: Smoky also says that only you can prevent rug burn.

The Shepherd has lost his mind:

"String him up, string him up.
Rope around his neck
String him up, string him up.
hang QES till he's dead..."

Bah i always knew your uptightness would be after me the first chance it got! I had no part in this crime. Sonne was a sweet lass, gave me colored ribbons for mi sheep. Why'd I want her dead? No sir. But I must say, for someone who looks down on this town, you might yourself have reasons. Did Duin pay YOU a visit eh? eh?!

Who said both ways? :mischief:

I'll trust in Corlindale's Blue Fairies, Im not one to spite, though the Innkeep has it out for me, Ill cast my vote in favor of the Hunter Teg, Even if he didnt do it, he should have prevented it from happening as he's the closest thing to a warrior we got.

No my dear enough is enough by time. Think of your wife! I don't want to start her pointing fingers at me too like that bloody sheperd that talks to much..

I never thought you did it, its your boss at the tavern who thinks your wolf material. I guess he got jealous of your time spent with Duin.

Hear, hear QES. That's my thinking as well. As a Hunter that Teg should be able to protect us instead of skulking about at all hours.

Corlindale speaks the truth, yet in riddles:

Methinks...Ted may have found himself some unusual*hic*prey last night...Not many creatures out at night... 'cept Ted and some of the bolder butterflies and that poor little angel...Methinks Ted weren't after the butterflies... but soon someone may come after 'im...

I was out yesternight, but my prey was only partly human. I was trying to find traces of the werewolves, in order to maybe identify them. I didn't see any of them, but, apparently, they saw me:

but soon someone may come after 'im

Even if werewolves are partly human, they think like animals. Let me tell you how I expect them to behave: as long as they feel threatened or cornered in any way, they will try to eliminate that threat as quickly as possible. If they saw me, they'll try to get me lynched as quickly as possible. Woodelf seems to be too keen on killing me, so I suspect him of being a werewolf.

What? I didn't notice that yet. After all this years I served well his guests. I'll quit! Is there a job for me in the Inn? I could tidy up the beds...

But what defense have you against Corlindales Blue Butterflies? I dont know if you did it, but when people start dying, the ones who know how to fight are usually responcible.

I Could use an apprentice shepard. Hours are long, and nobody in town respects you, but the money's good, plus the sheep are warm and nice, and friendly.

Kill me if you think it eases your conscience, but even you know that I couldn't possibly take on three werewolves at night. My only hope is to track them to their homes and then for the whole town to kill them during the day.

That's silly. How are we supposed to drag a gallows way out to wherever they're hiding?
