Forum re-organizations

[Thunderfall]

I re-organized the other games forums a little bit so the Rise of Nation, Colonization, CTP, and Chess forums are now sub-forums of All other games, to make the list of forums shorter.

I might move the chess forum back to its original location since it's much more active than other forums such as RoN and CTP...

I think so as well! I'm not sure of the value of turning them into sub forums as it doesn't make the forum page any shorter and just gives another page that people with slow connections have to load.

Inactive forums don't deserve to be listed on the main forum page. That's why they were moved.

And chess forum is moved back...
