Free Religion not giving any happiness v.9.1

Hi, love the mod and this is my first post. I am playing a game and in the Piety policy when I got to Free Religion it didn't increase my happiness by even one, let alone the much larger number it should have. It did give me the extra free policy however. I look forward to any constructive responses. Thanks, Gary

Thank you for pointing this out. I switched the tooltips of Organized Religion and Free Religion but forgot to actually switch the effects!

This should be fixed for the next version.

Sorry, but started a new game with the latest patch and when i got to the free religion policy again it still did not increase my happiness at all, just gave me the free policy.
