[Vanilla] Freecam in Leader screens

The title explains it pretty well. If possible, I wish there was a tool to inspect the in-game leader models and their environment. Of course, its most important use would be to help find Firaxis logos and in this field such tool could possibly prove superior even to the Asset Previewer.
