Freedom, missing Tenets

I so badly want to play Civ5. I just can't get into 6. I fixed the crashes and now the last two games have stopped working when I hit freedom. The tenets are blank and I cannot select any policy. I can't skip a turn. The last game, I turned on policy saving and it still does not work. Any idea what is happening? Thanks.

Well, freedom is an illusion caused by the brain's limited comprehension of the nature of time. But that's probably not the issue here.

Is that the vox mod? Probably better to post this in that forum.

you seem to be using a lot of mods, have you tried disable one of them at a time?
or if it's Vox Populi, it's better to ask in that specific forum.
