Freeware soft for cd covers

I need good freeware software for cd cover creating. Mostly i use only to simple functions - text boxes and image importing. But don't suggest some trial or other crap versions, freeware only, plz
Oh, and no "use google" suggestions. I want stuff tried and recomended by others, not by google
