Sorry but there was nothing of the things you have described.

I have played Civ3 since Christmas, and I have (as far as I know) always encountered this problem: The peasants gets into distress if I leave war...

Did you only get out of the old (60 turn) war? Or were you engeged in another one, too, that started more recently? The citizens support you when attacked; ending the war sets them back to normal, so if the war support hid unhappiness it would show now!

My Art/resources.pcx file doesn't seem to want to work.
I don't know what went wrong - could someone tell me what file to run it with, or just e-mail a new one to me (polos_21@hotmail.com).

How exactly do you "heal" your troops?

Do you have to fortify them on your cities? How long does it take?

Also, when you get Battlefied Medicine (or whatever its called) it says that you can "heal troops" in enemy territory... How does this work?

Whenever a unit stands still for a hole Turn, he will heal. If he is in a city WITH the Barracks, he will heal completely, but if the troop is healing in the field he will heal one point.

Your unit can't heal in enemy territory, without the Battlefield medicine (I guess it acts as field medics that comes along with the regiment (one unit))

I was wondering where are the additional options for espionage? I have built the small wonder Intelligence agency, but all I can find for options are stealing tech and investigating a city. Is that all of the options, or is there another selection some where I am missing? In particular I want to find the plant a spy option and destry space ship parts option.

How do disband a city?? Eg, a city flips to me due to culture and what I want to do is take it and then disband it.

Creepster, on the name tag of the city where you built the Intelligence Agency you should see a pentagon. Double click it and you will get the "spy options. ;)

Dominix, you have to reduce the town to population to zero. :D

If you do this by pop-rushing, the unhappiness will be transferred to your other cities. :( SO it is probably best to ether just build workers until the city is gone or to starve it to pop one then build a worker.

You must also make sure that the city is not producing any extra food. If it is producing food, the production of the settler or worker that should bring the city to zero will be held until there are enough citizens to build the unit and keep the city intact.

Workers appearance doesn't change in the map during Industrial Age in v1.17.

Its appearance changes only in the production menu. Appearance change on the map does occur but during Modern Times which is already late. Is this a bug? Or i should erase all my old version files? Can anyone help me on this? thanks!

Is there anyway say if you are in a really good mood with another country, but their at war with someone else and are losing. Is there anyway you can morph together with that country?

No. The only way to join together is to conquer them.

"Morphing" is goofy. But attacking an enemy capital and having a civ split in two and into civil war was a very good part of Civ II.

Now it makes no difference whatsoever if you attack a capital (which is absurd). It just switches to another city automatically at no cost. And that stinks.

I downloaded new units and I don't know what to do next :(

After u build the intelligence agency, right click in the city that has that small wonder, and click in CONDUCT ESPIONAGE and then u will see an option to PLANT SPY, and u play the spy in the civ u want to sabotage the spaceship... for example if u want to sabotage persian spaceship, then plant a spy in that civ and then u will have new spy missions avaible. But first of all u have to plant a spy in the way i explained before.

Does Fortifying a unit give a defensive bonus or is it just so you don't have to give orders to that unit every turn?

I updated the first post. Please tell me if I am missing something or if there are more changes that need to be made (PM me for best response). Thanks.
