Vistagoths already ordered to upgrade the army status to OK.We therefore repeat this order.For this year,we decided to enlarge our navy to large.
Vistagoths settlers shall settle the rest of the Iberian peninsula and MON.As MON is in danger of being settled by other tribes send most of the army along with the settlers to MON.

We demand you remain out of MON or the GSA/SPA will crush you!If you agree,we will support Ostagoths in joining GSA/SPA and let the Franks alive.

don't use the alliance to be more aggresive
the alliance was built to keep aggresive nations at bay, not to become one!

I think next turn is the last setteling turn. so I suggest this turn we will choose the leader of the alliance. the leader will NOT tell what to do, but could drop a Veto on things the alliance want to do, but his veto can be break if everyone else want this "thing"
you can choose between:
Vikings (biggest, in my size)
Vandals (the first of two nations to creat the alliance
Visigoths (from the first two to)
each one is welcome to say what he want from the alliance (to be peacfull, aggresive, else...)
my ideas are to be defending, but very strong! grow in tech and money, more than anything, that if war erupts, the money could help s win...

The leader of the Byzantine Empire looked over Constantanople. The city was magnificant. The head of the old Eastern Empire. The byzantine people wanted reunification with italy. But the emperor knew better then that. A new empire had risen from Rome and the Byzantine empire didn't need enemies right now.
The growing tensions in the region worried the emperor. A war might break out and the Byzantines would have to fight enemies which she had no borders with. They would have to quickly establish some and the Vandals ofer was too hard to pass up.
Byzantine Orders:
-Station troops in settled lands
-Teach the new lands Byzantine culture
-Settle- Cro, Egy, Sud, Hung, East Turkey, Mord and Crime(If all can't be settled then do the ones that can in the order set)
-Increase Navel size
