That looks pretty dangerous.

Although i have to doubt the massive distortion in the upper part was actually caused by fire left burning, cause likely it would have had far more consequences in the electric appliances there, so this was just staged

Looks more like an exploded pressure cooker. I have seen the aftermath of those.

^Main issue is that apparently the oven is still working, so if there was an explosion and electricity was still running there shouldn't it be followed by far more mayhem?

The electrical panel on the back is working; but that wasn't in the line of fire. Those explosions are vertical, not 360...
