Hehe, I don't know if my screenshot is funny - but at least it's beautiful ^^, so
let's have a thread-based mini-competion about screenies of great walls!... pics taken above Cloud-Level... and exactly all of the Wall has to be seen inside one screenie, reaching side to side. Impossible? Not at all, look at this :D

Played with BtS Rise of Mankind 2.0 + Rev etc. Mod Compilation, Marathon.

lol I have to update my great wall story!

A few turns after I took the screenie above, ET crashed after a certain turn, everytime I reloaded etc. Even after restart of comp.

I solved the prob by taking a save I took one turn before the crash and opened the worldbuilder, saved it there and loaded it as a rise of mankind scenario. After that I was able to play on the game without a crash, but what I suddenly realized was, that the great wall had changed after the wb-saving! the changed parts of the wall are marked in this screenie - compare!

Ah Fur on a Plain... Wait I should make a movie on that.

Has this one been done? Probably but it's so funny it belongs here again!

"I know!" i said, "I'll play an OOC, not played one of them for ages"
Hmm, what map? "I know!" i said, "I'll go for continents, not done that for ages"

Well, it was inevitable wasn't it?

1st and 2nd: Mining for Gold: I know the pyramids are known to have gold buried in them with the mummies and everything, but this is so wrong.

#1 Check out the wooden supports for holding up the sand

#2 Is that the all-seeing eye on the side of the pyramid? Creepy

3rd: This was the mess I survived in submitting a HOF game with Time Victory.

1st and 2nd: Some real close calls on wins submitted for the HOF tables

3rd: Amsterdam. You gotta love how the Great Lighthouse and normal lighthouse are so close. It really is blocking the harbour, eh? I recall this city was huge, like size 30-something. The apartments are encroaching on the mines and the SoL was build as soon as the found the copper. Notice how the reclaimed land (polderland) from the dike housing both ancient and modern astronomical observatories. Hmm...building the dike under Chichen Itza....that must have been tough.
