I assume your playing RFC? If so, they spawn there to prevent you from sitting on their spawn spot and stopping them from spawning at all, this way they can attack you without being harassed.

Hmm, that explains it. I was wondering if that was a normal thing for RFC, since it happened there and I hadn't seen it elsewhere
