Do barbs have a capital?
If not then how is maintenance cost worked out?
(barbs can discover then own techs using there own commerce, although this only happens rarely, they normaly just get 'free' techs when 2/3 of civs have discovered it).

PS-this is not spam since I don't know how to take screenshots, and even if i did, my hardrive on my computer is so sad that even if i did i might run out of room.

When I got to them? Macemen and longbowmen, a bit behind my grenadiers but equivalent to most of the other factions. I would've gotten there sooner, but I was more concerned with consolidating my power on my continent.
