NimbusAI got destroyers some time ago... Thing i saw was... well, look for yourself and remember WorldBuilder is disabled in Multi

I'd be insulted even in the medieval era, I think, if I crossed the continent to get this source of copper to complete the quest. They shouldn't name this a quest, they should name this a "if you conquer this civ and you get this copper you'll get a very small helpful thing". Not a quest, quest is going actively after something.

i've just met Tokugawa and wanted to trade some things with him (he's on the side of the world, my praets can't pay him a visit... ):

though i just met him, i have a -6 relationship with him (+1 years of peace (now that's weird, i met a guy and we've had "years of peace"...), -3 different religion and -4 trade with worst enemy) and he WILL sign an OPEN BORDERS !!!

no, there are no random personalities...

now tell me, what's more weird: meeting a peaceful Monty, meeting an warmonger Ghandi or signing a RoP with Toku?

Right of borders with Tokugawa, I've actually seen peaceful Monty and warmonger Gandhi, but Tokugawa always makes me get at least Pleased or even Friendly till Open Borders!

I had a recent game where toku was 10 votes away of winning a legitimate AP victory ( no vassals and 4 civs voted on him ).... Now that is wierd

But toku opening borders at annoyed ....
