did you make sure it did not compress quality, it is strange cause your jpg looked right??

I was confused when i saw it in game because the .jpg does look right and much better than the in game version...

it is better but not quite, it still looks blurry all over, but i can see some of the 'sunken' effect now, the added border i mean

I can try sharpening it even harder, but i need to see the difference between 2 i made so far so i know how much to do it again

it might be your ppi count, i think that is the name of it
it should be between 72-312 for good quality

Seems that worked. It was 72dpi and i got it to 300 and here is the result and a file:

hmmm... somthing is not right... mine still looks blurry yours looks really good!!

I dont get it then... Might it be ur machine then or maybe ur graphic settings in game or system graphic setting?
What did u do to put it in? I just replaced the existing file with this one... Worked perfectly.


I just found fmr to bmp converter so i can extract art from Fallout 2 directly.

i can try giving u psd file if u got photoshop to try to convert it... There is an dds addon for photoshop. I can link ya if u got it.

I only have gimp... not sure it can do photoshops...

Check ur inbox. I think gimp can load PSD (not 100% sure though).
