As we had Venice with its imposed OCC, it's probable that we will have another challenging civ in the near future. The ideas of having movable cities or a pernament embargo seem pretty popular, but what other challenges or out-of-the-box features can you think of? Personally, I'd like some sort of movable camp-type thing, but I'm sure that there's better ideas than that. The feature does not have to be tied to a specific civ, but having some amazing (but not amazingly OP or UP) suggestion is what this thread is for. Apologies if this has already been made, but if not, post on!

I tend to dislike gimmicks, but I've been having fun thinking about Huns who can gain a small army from razing cities. Maybe 1 unit per 2-5 population. This would make the Huns a strong snowballing enemy that grows significantly stronger by taking cities, but once their advance was blunted, they'd be very vulnerable.
