why would you end your turn with anything not being told to wait till next turn though? I've never ended my turn while that button was green...I see no reason to.

In time games, I tend to shift-enter towards the end of the game (end turn while the button is green). Once you have the game set up, there's little need to shuffle units around.

Also, ending the game with a unit still left to move is only one way to cause the bug, but it's just the only way I've been able to make it reproducable. IglooDude ran into the bug and he said he didn't do this.
