Sorry for the late replies guys:
@Zejinx
Great game dude.
Some questions :
-At which turns did you hit Acoustics, Architechture and Archeology?
-At which turn did you ally most cultural cs?
I want to know if i can be at par with my current game. Playing with Pacal with 3 cities. I found a worker and a settler from ruins. I waited for Representation before settling 2 more cities. I got there pretty fast thanks to 2 culture ruins. Found 4 cs that i allied around the turn 70. Took the free engineer from UA for Petra. Got Acoustics on turn 118, 5 turns later i ''legalismed'' 3 opera houses.
Now at the turn 140 with 4/6 Trad, 4/6 Lib, 5/6 Piety and 1/6 Patronnage. I'm running approx 160 cpt.
Thank you

!
I reached Acoustics at turn 140, Architecture at 160 and Archaeology at 178 via Oxford. which is not particularly fast compared to everyone here for Acoustics since I did Calvary first for Alhambra then education then acoustics, but I did get museums early.
I had 5 cities and Napoleon's Ancien regime allows the 5th city to make up for culture easier and provide a lot more

, i basically have 2 scientist in every city once universities were built too since I took Fertility rites and I have no population problem (2 scientist in addition to all those artists! That is 5 artists + 2 scientists before Civil Society

).
I allied 3 cultural CS by turn 100, another one about 20 turns after that and the last one very late at 170 since its a hostile CS and I dont have the gold for it. Now I think about it maybe there is still room for improvement...
Wonder which tech path is best after Architecture? Do you guys go....?
A) Architecture --> Archaeology (via Oxford)
B) Architecture --> Archaeology (save Oxford for Radio)
C) Architecture --> Printing Press --> Archaeology
D) Architecture --> Printing Press --> Scientific Theory
E) something completely different
I'm feeling A as I always have trouble with being forced to delve too deep into the Patronage tree before Freedom becomes available. Radio however is also an important and damn expensive tech and then there's also the huge delay of Ironworks (I'm probably overrating this a lot) and more important: the Leaning Tower.
As everyone mentioned now, I did A, reaching Archaeology via Oxford
Radio is not needed for this particular Minor, furthest tech required is just Scientific Theory for hydro dams~
And to add on to that my policy path was:
Tradition opener
Liberty opener -> republic, collective rule, citizenship, representation (i took worker late since I popped some from huts)
Legalism for 4 amphitheaters
Piety x6
Liberty finisher took a GA (since I have the production to hand build Petra before reaching Chivary for Alhambra)
Finish Tradition
Patronage opener, Philanthropy
Freedom x6
Finish Patronage
Reaching Archaeology early allows you to push for ~900 to 1000 culture (with golden age, which you will be in for the last 50 turns or so anyway, ~1000 culture once cultural diplomacy is reached in patronage) once freedom was finished, then there should be no problem finishing the last tree, radio is too late to come into play... see attached screen shot for the moment right after freedom was finished for my game
