Gaelan = Galean?

I'm indexing the lore compendium and have realized that the quote to Strength of Will is attributed to Gaelan Sedracious, Mage Elder. Typo or different person?

Same person. I believe he is cited in other pedia entries. He is what you would call a magic superstar.

in the event, he is described as an upstart apprentice in the event that is supposed to lead to him, and btw, I've never gone beyond that first event about the apprentice.

So maybe the pedia entries are supposed to be from his later years?

After the 'rebellious apprentice' event there are more, but they are very uncommon, They lead up to the founding of a guild, the Cirvle of Gaelan. He is the head, and a powerful mage.

I know the Gaelan arc exists, but I've just never progressed beyond that. I posted a thread asking about that because I've heard that the events sometimes don't work right and even with the living world option on, it doesn't seem to progress.

Unless picking the option that gives you +2 is the wrong one.

edit: Maybe if I play the Amurites some, it will progress better, they are mostly descendants of Kylorin and are big time magic users.

Galean's only mentioned in the case mentioned and in his event popups. He's not in any other pedia entries. I'm sure he'll be expanded though.

How can one modify the frequency of these events? I've never had any past the willful apprentice, either.
