[RR] Game crashes about every 5 min when I take any action? Read 3GB enabler won't help.

So far I can't seem to find a pattern for the game either crashing to my desktop or locking up. I though it was when I was building track but it has also happen when just moving around the screen or clicking on an industry. I read that the 3GB enabler won't fix my issues because the game is crashing on stock maps. I also downloaded a no cd patch and that hasn't solved the issue. I am trying to run in different compatibility modes but they are crashing just like it did in Win 7. I also turned the graphics down and still having issues.

Doing some searches but not much luck in finding help if there is any.

How much RAM do you have? You might want to go ahead and try the 3GB enabler. Sounds like it can't hurt.

I know this doesn't help you, but I've had no crashes at all, except in the terrain editor. And I've had some pretty full maps. So the game can be stable.

I got this a week ago and it is crashing all the time.

On Win 7 - 4GB ram, quad core. I'll have to read around here to find patches/fixes.
