I have played one full game with no problems ..now when I go to start another....after I go through the sequence of setting upgame...whenI go to lauch the game ..it just freezes.....here is the sequence of events...
Put CD in CD-Rom...Click Play button
Click on single player
Click Play now
Select Map (do the set up stuff) Click OK
World Size ( once done) Click OK
Select Civilization (Again..Once thats all done) Click OK
Your Details (Type in Name) Click OK
Game Snap Shot..Click OK
Then the game goes through through the setup (Map Etc)
Then I get the screen with the Play game button...this is where the game locks up.......
Need some help here.....I do have a Diamond Stealth S80 Video Card (128 meg) Radeon ATI Chip Set.
Again....as I mention earlier I have played one full game with no problems....When I installed the game I did not recieve the ERROR Cannot Intialize Rendering Screen on the startup... Could this just be a bug and a patch could fix this....thanks
