i thought i might give it another shot, see if anyone knows how i can solve this:
My game locks up on random occasions. First it only happened after i got the satellites and the world was displayed but no it happened in like 1600 AD.
All of the suden the menu's dissappear, the cities, the nimals and all trees and evn part of the land dissappears and i can't move the picture anymoe. Th mouse stil mocves but i can't do anything with it. I have to CTR+ALT+Del to stop the game.
The patch 1.19 didn't solve it, nor does lowering the resolution or Deactivating some features..
I have a AMD athlon 3.5 GHZ dual processor
Geforce FX 5900 with newest drivers(version 5655)
No direct x problems
Onboard sound
1GB Ram memory
Enough hard disk space
Windows XP SP2
