Yeah, she did. Blocked off my exploring Warrior, too... ah well, he'll just have to take a detour.

I hate having such a food poor capital... people are getting their second cities 10 turns before I even have a chance. :(

Yeah apparently I am subbing for hellhound now.

I was going to make sure everything was okay first, but I just noticed he said he needed someone to take over "until Friday" and not "at Friday" so its sort of short notice so he doesn't skip his turn as I am going to bed soon.

AND NOW I HAVE TOP SECRET SPY INFORMATION :hammer:
 
Yeah, hellhound mentioned that to me when he logged in. It's no big deal, you've been helping him out anyway, and besides this is just a fun game. So I have no problem with you subbing for him. (Alternatively he could always just revert to AI.) :)
 
I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to let the AI determine where he plants his second city. ;)

It's all just fun and games until someone loses a city. :yup:

Well, some games tend to be a lot more competitive than others. Like the Democracy Games, for instance. ;)
 
Yep. Luckily it's a very friendly atmosphere in here. :)
 
Oh and if you guys wondered, you get 5000 pts for having all of the techs, each tech gives you a percentage of that based on its cost compared to the cost of all of the techs.

It works the same on each aspect of the game score though the total points you get is different for each aspect.
 
Yeah, you're continent should be a very interesting place to live. One the protective cover is lifted in Turn 100... I have a feeling that making friends and allies will be pretty important. No one dogpile Amethyst though, she has admin wife benefits. ;)

Pretty impressive score increase for Scuum considering no wonders were built or anything. What gives 15 points? Personally I am still waiting for the points to register from my border pop...
 
i honestly have no idea how my tech got finished when it should be two turns away...but the same happened to my worker .. he should work for two more turns until its finished and now it IS already finished ... im getting confused over these simultaneous turns stuff >_<

Scuum, did you get a hut which gave you the tech you were researching? Or did you increase your research slider? Sounds like an odd situation...
 
haha...sorry .. got mixed up there...i changed tile utilization bc tech was only one turn away ... so it was due, but i thought all techs only geiv 6 points?
furthermore the worker thing did happen as stated ..
 
No, just the early techs give 6 points - I'm pretty sure the later ones do give more points. ;)
