Game won't load

Hi Guys,

I have been playing for ages now - no problems. New fast computer everything is great.

Yesterday my kids played Sims on the computer and now Civ 6 won't load at all.

I go Steam - play -play and then it simply goes back to the Steam menu without launching.

Pretty cross - any ideas?

I deleted and completely reinstalled and it still did the same thing.

Turned out to be a Windows problem and after lots of research I managed to fix it.

So pleased to be able to play again!!!!!!
