Games Crash when playing Mods

When I play a mod, usually Earth or something similar the game will freeze on me sometime during the game play.

Only mod I have active is the infoaddict mod. Is any one else getting this?
Is it something to do with infoaddict?

Any help or insight would be great!

Got bored playing random maps but if I play a mod it will crash. Exit the app and have the windows warning box stating something to the effect that CIV has stopped unexpectedly

I've been having the same problem lately, the game will just freeze. But I usually have several mods loaded. Every time I check my cache, it wants to reload it. So I've just gotten used to before I play my games on the weekend, I just reload the update for the cache files before starting and the game freezes don't happen. I have no idea which one of the mods is doing it though.
