*giggle* ok. i do admit that i am not the boss of you! this applies to all "you"s except hubby.

Isn't that a case of divorce?

For those who never tried quick, remember that many scenarios are based on this speed.
It's quite enjoyable in fact. Not my favourite (normal speed for balanced games ), but not quite as bad as you'd think.
And if you want to try a cultural victory, it's much easier at this speed (less time for the AIs to notice that you're defenseless and to come for you).

fortunately hubby doesn't read the forums. sometimes the mod board, but only after he's tried 80 times to figure something out himself, it's like stopping to ask for directions or something. he'd rather mod than play, go figure.

when we do play MP (coop, i'd feel guilty killing him, that or i'm scared), we play normal or quick. the latest game, he wanted to try for cultural victory since he'd never tried one. i'm very good at them, but it was very bizarre at quick. i had no sense of how on-track we were, and was always nervous. towards the end i counted up our artists and realized we'd win in 5 turns!!! i thought we had like 20 turns left to go *giggle*
