It looks suspiciously like the player has hit five different tech Eurekas in that slot.

Hitting those may be more common than we suspected, and the discounted cost could easily more or less be the "true" tech cost in those cases.

I was rather expecting this, a lot of the Eureka bonuses revealed early on seemed to be things you would want to do for other reasons anyway (build a quarry? found a coastal city? build certain units?).

Great to finally see some techs (though that screen is pure map builder nonsense... has a plantation without the proper tech, it's England with a normal Harbor district, etc. etc.).
