I was a little bored this weekend so I thought I would try and go to GameSpy to get in a Civ4 multiplayer game. However, I tried to search for the site but I couldn't find the link to any multiplayer servers. Can anyone help me with this?
DMOC, all you have to do is use the games interface to create an account. Click on Multiplayer, Internet Games, Create new account, and enter a name, pw and email. The email doesn't have to be real as there is no email verification like most forums have.
You can also access the lobby chat via an external program called Civ4Fans, www.civ4fans.com, this will let you chat in the lobby outside the game, which is handy when players drop out of the game.
You won't find Civ4 info on the GS site as it's not supported by Arcade as Firaxis didn't pay for that.
