With my card, I can see the i Intro just fine, + the tutorial runs great. But when I set up a game with a map that is bigger than "tiny" the game will say "Done" after loading for a while, I hear the sound but nothing else happens. After a while I reboot the system. I have tried:
Removing the Cache
updating my Nvidia drivers + tried omega.

Any Ideas???

For me it "works" (that is the game is technically playable).

Try to

- uninstall every driver ( video card and agp )
- reboot (VGA/safe mode) and reinstall the newest drivers

but it sounds like a sys memory issue (too low? I have "only" 512MB)

I have the same card + 256 MB RAM.

I'm in the same situation. I can only play on tiny maps.

I'm getting a new computer this week.

I'm not trying to sound like an ass or anything, but GeForce MX### cards are horrible cards. They are a stripped down card and really only meant for computer users who don't plan on playing games. Basicly, for computers that are used for work.

Have a look at these:
Fairly cheap graphic cards

I learned that MX cards sucked long ago. Graphic cards are easy to replace and extremely affordable if you buy one from an actual computer supply place. Avoid Best Buy and Circut City like the plague and you will find that you CAN get 1 gig of blazing DDR400 ram for under $100 and you can get a great card at a good price.

I build PCs on the side for extra money, usually gaming rigs. You can build yourself a very powerfull computer for under $1000 or you can upgrade your current machine for literally 10s of dollars.

Hope this helps.
