[GEM 1.6.11 CivUP 2.0.41] No Hover Info for Comraderie promotion

Small "bug":

With GEM 1.6.11 and CivUP 2.0.41 there's no Hover Info for the Comraderie promotion in the Civilopedia.

What do you mean by "hover info"?

Not sure what you call it. "Mouse over info"? "Tool Tip"? Perhaps I should explain:

When you move the mouse over a promotion icon in the Civilopedia a small window is usually displayed showing the effects of the propomotion. This is missing for the Comraderie promotion.

I don't see that when I hover over promotions... how strange. I vaguely remember what you're talking about. It's been a long time since I looked at the pedia. Are there any other promotions missing a tooltip for you? I do not know what might cause this.

I'll have a look next time I start up CiV. It's not really a big deal though and right now I'm hoping for a fix of the belief bugs before starting a new game.

It takes several hours to fix each bugged belief, so I estimate it will take 10-15 hours to fix them all. I expect to have some free time to work on that sometime this week.

That sounds tough but at least it also sound like you have an idea where the problem is.
