ok quick.

E onto the hill and a promotion (and possibly death?)
or SE and avoid the fight?

E gives us a better LoS as well.

I'd say SE and try to stay safe. If there is a barb that could attack us, then that barb could attack us if we move to the hill (unless it was on the desert hill), and a 2v1 would kill the warrior anyway.

I'd go to hill...but SE is safer.

woodsman I warrior?

Let's see - that 25% for the hill, plus something like 10% barbs, 30% animals, for about 65% defense - 2 on 3.15 - warrior will win, probably - problem is, he'll get hurt and won't be scouting.

I'd run away.

ooh - yes, run away!!

I hate losing promoted units to barbs - I really hate losing woodsman units to barbs when I'm not in the woods!!

yes, if we walk into a different animal, we'll regret it, but I'll take that chance...

Memphus, please don't play the save yet, I think we need to sort out what is best for W3 before we proceed. Should only take a few hours.

I say climb the hill, defeat the lion and get our next promotion. We will loose scouting turns while we heal but how much more can we scout with woodsman II?

I calculate Barentz on the hill at 2.43 defending against 2.0 @ 82.3 % odds. I'd do that and go for the promo. But SE is STILL safer.

I'd move W3 to the PHF (41) and chop then mine that tile, then move on to CK.

Warrior 1: SE
Warrior 2: N
Warrior 3: S

Worker 3: moves to plains hill forest

0% science please :)

We are pretty set for the next few turns aren't we?

Barentsz > heal
Hudson into borders > to fog @ C3
Houtman > NE

@Krill why SE (W3) and now SW back into cultural borders?

W4 S sure. he needs a name!

So do we:
Go N? and see if there is sea food? (my gut feeling is this is where the horses are, by the sheep.... or Iron)

Do we Go E onto the hill? or go NE NE?

Oh Ha bloody Ha Sulla

Horses don't occur naturally on hills though, so I think iron is more likely to be over there...
