@Memphus - you probably already know this, but just in case (and for anyone that doesn't) - you always get 1 free beaker (just for being cool). That's why even though our city says 13 bpt we earned 14 towards the wheel.

And I vote heal and then SE
 
I like SE; this will show us a little bit more of that 'super site' on the way East. I don't think there is any reason to recall W1 hurriedly.
 
I don't see a problem with SE as long as W1 can loop back in time to meet up with the settler. In fact, it's preferred.

My vote is woodsman 1.
This will give us 1.7 Health after upgrading.

So also need vote on heal / not heal.

Personally i vote not heal, until we need to move off of a forest.
 
Outstanding! Personally, I would go for the Woodsman promo...but I would love to hear an argument to the contrary.

If we do promo to Woodsman then I would agree that healing now is not necessary...but I do generally favor healing before moving.
 
I prefer C1 on the way to a medic....If C1 then heal>no preference on direction.

If we go Woodsman...no need to heal>still no preference.

FYI that Production / commerce city site is HUGE. (also a blocker when borders pop with culture)

If we have plenty of time before our next settler comes out; I'd be in favor of a southerly U-turn (S,SE,NE) to pop up on that hill next to the ridge. Otherwise just stick with an immediate NE.

Definitely another HUGE ridge line. You can see it in the edge of the FoW. Also, this is a big map, so I don't think we have to worry about "blocking" the pass with a boarder pop.

True. I wouldn't base a city on that, but still it is nice to see.

Ultimately our future capital (cottage site) won't need defending as untis could eb stationed in this city.
 
I vote Woodsman I, wait to heal till we're about to leave the forest, and I guess I'd vote for NE... but am open to S, then SE, then NE.

we do have time to run the S sE NE route. that warrior isn't need back before then.
 
We will need to build a couple new warriors while Inner Sanctum grows will we not?
