Those sound good.

I can't connect for some reason - can you take a snap shot at a medium level of the explored land? I'm trying to figure out where cavs/kaz could be, based on when their WB showed up and the fact that we seems to be on the far eastern side of the land.

I had thought we were northeast, but I think we are east, Kaz is to our south, cav is to our sw, ms is to our w and saturn is to our NW... unless, of course, we are on separate landmasses...

Why not move Zuurstof NE-E instead of NE-NE?

Chek the CDP thread. Krill updated the map in there yesterday :)

Does that matter when looking over water?

I support the moves Memphus has proposed in those screenshots.

:salute:

I'm neutral on the subject.
Doesn't seem like a lot of harm in using it... and we can presume that at least Team Saturn also knows about this already (thanks to Lord Parkin).

I'm ok with whatever.

Not that big a deal; no way to stop it's use, so it's fine for everyone to use it so long as they all know about it.

not that it will do much for us as it seems pretty evident we are isolated in the East. i could use it in the south though.

It would allow us to see where mountains are. That'd be pretty nice.

Ok turn update.

Jungle grew beside jade dew

Barb continued to move away from OO. Axe will have to move SW and hope to be attacked.

OO: yeah, move SE.

As an aside, if we go for a chariot in OO after the granary, and Zuur heads striaght west after scouting out the peninsula (almost certain that's not a land bridge), he could be next to Angle by turn 94, and attack it t95 if need be; because we are building a chariot in CK at the moment (maybe not a mistake...) that axe can't get there until t92 and attack t93. That would give us 3 axes to take that city, but if we want to defend it, we would probably want a spear down there.

Now, we could build a spear in CK next, and try to rely on Waterstof and Zuurstof to take that city for us; the spear would mean that we coud effectively garrison it even though it is a long distance from our core, stopping the other teams from taking it. While I'm not sure Kaz are quite capable of holding it, they do have chariots and so could possibly raze the city.

Quick question about Fog and Cloud....seems like we would want that Iron mine up soon don't we, it is a pretty strong tile!

Also...I think we need to explore the tile marked for possible Moai city...what if that is where the "coastal tile" bridge lies? Kaz and Cavs could be north of us.

I thought we were going to raze Angle so we could build the "perfect GP farm" down there?

@Ronnie

1: yes, but the cost in worker turns made it worse until after the chop (and the granary, because we will work the fish and sheep next)

2: in the plans as the workers road over there.

3. Still is the plan, but if by a miracle that is the center of a hub and there is any other resource (food, iron etc) in Angle's crossthen that changes everything as the Banana can be used in another city more effectively as a choke (and support for angle)

  1. Growth with the granary is stronger than working the iron tile so it's better to get the granary asap and then grow instead of working the iron tile. Iron tile is the next tile to be improved after hte forest chop.

  2. You can see in the below picture there isn't a land bridge. We are isolated to the east. A workboat for the gold city clams can check for seafood there, but the road is best going through JD and the hills (works out as less work turns even if we try to power road though the hills).

  3. Need the banana or corn next to Angle for another city, so might want to keep Angle. Also, it is one less settler to build, even if it does cost us a fair bit until we get some workers down there.
