Germany Won't Attack!?!?!?

I have played this mod a couple of times as a member of the allies (UK, US and Soviet Union) under the variations of historical accuracy. Each time I have played, everything progresses as you would expect...Germany declares war on Poland, then later invades Norway, the Low Countries and occupies France. But then nothing else happens. They just sit back and never declare war on the Soviet Union (at least through mid 1943). Obviously, makes game play as the Soviets pretty boring and makes it nearly impossible for the allies to get even a foothold in western Europe when everything Germany has is in France. Anyone else experience this or know a fix?

I think his complante is that two AI players dont declare war on each other, and the idea that the westrn allies should declare war on Russia is stupid.


Ive not played RTW, but if its like BTS, try to get some spy missions going against the Axis, any that fail have no real effect as you are already at war, and any that you can put the blame on others you can blame the russians

You may have selected "free play" instead. Open/free play is where the AI civs just do things on random.
