Get Windows Vista sidebar on XP

WTH is it? All I see is a transparent bar with a clock and some other random stuff in it.

Windows: Sidebar that looks bad and takes up space.
Mac OS X: Press F12 to open up the full screen dashboard (which appears to be superior to this sidebar, from what I know about the sidebar).
