Getting the AI to use worker units without all worker jobs enabled

I consider Quintillus' editor to be the, "Gold Standard" of Civ3 possibilities. The only caveat is that, once you've used it, opening a .biq in the regular Conquests editor will pretty much undo everything you've done using Quint's.
 
Very interesting. Well then what i might do is finish my current version of my Mod, make a backup copy, and then switch over to Quintillus' editor for the finishing touches on allowing AI to use workers with limited jobs.
