This war was a tale of the good... and the bad... ... and the ugly. Simple enough. The good was at the beginning at the bad was at the end.
The Good:
- We conquered nearly all of Byzantium, settling for peace with them having only 3 cities remaining (Overall in the whole world. As far as the Anglo-Byzantine continent is concerned, we conquered the whole damn thing).
- We reached the Modern Age
- We got a great leader, who now has 3 tanks in his army ranks.
- We are allied with the Zulus against the Vikings
The Bad
- The Celts tried to invade Byzantium proper as well. They got pushed back, but when I demanded they get out of our lands, they declared war on us!
- The Byzantines declared war on us again, after one turn of war against the Vikings, who weren't even willing to talk peace.
- The Vikings took one of the cities we captured from the Byzantines by way of... get this.. a berserker

. Somehow it managed to kill the defenders.
The Ugly
- Nuremburg and Berlin have been captured. Leipzig is
barely holding on.
The Good
- We finally signed peace with the Vikings after getting back the city they took with the Berserker.
- We rushed 5-6 tanks to Leipzig
The Bad
- It will still probably fall by next turn
The Good
- Ah, but it doesn't!
- Another great leader... thank you dumb Byzantine invasions
- Leipzig has now survived 2 turns of complete onslaught by Celtic cavalry, rifflemen, guerrilas, and everything in between. I decide to rename it to commemorate this.
The Ugly
- We lost our first great leader when a transport sank
The Good
- A series of succesful bombing runs has resulted in Entremont, Lugdunum, and Camuldunum being rid of all defenders. They are defenseles, with all major railroad lines cut off, and 5 infantry and 1 tank waiting to conquer them for us. Already this has made Celtic troops withdraw from the main front in Germany.
- I think that what they threw at us in Germany was the vast majority of their army
- Brennus offers peace. Haha, no.
Turn 11
- ok, ok, I know this isn't my turn, but I had been planning this attack for so long, it would hurt if I just let it go like this. So I did one thing, and moved a tank into Entremont capturing it. Everything else is open to the next player.
Outlook
Ok, well I'm not sure it's been a good set of turns, but it sure has been eventful. What I personally would do is, with the small task force we have in Celtica, attack those 2 other defenseles Celtic cities. In the meanwhile keep bombing the hell out of whatever Celts come to retake them (right now about 8-10 cavalry). I myself would make peace with the Celts and regroup as soon as we take back Berlin and Nuremberg. I forgot to mention that things are looking pretty good for us in Germany. We have enough tanks to survive every turn, plus there are like 6 elite ones in there. Maybe once they're healed we send in an army and take back all of Germany. We also have a bunch of bombers in Germany,
and the little island nearby; i've already taken out some of the Celt's forces with them. The rubber should be recaptured asap, or at least bombed. Things aren't bad at all imho, we could easily win this war against the Celts as long as we keep making tanks and flying them into Germany and Entremont. Once we have retaken a few cities in Germany, and have control of the key Celtic peninsula, I say whatever opportunity allows.
