GGF1: Incas

Let's try the English on a world map

And err, yes, take it :D

Although personally I'd suggest world map Japan for your next one. I believe Japan only has one natural resource to start out with on Marla Singer's map, Iron. Everything else we'd have to conquer. Goal: Domination or Conquest victory or bust. Maybe regicide to make it a lil' faster. Just my ideas.

Sounds great Gogf, but I must sorrowfully decline joining your game...
I'm giving up on SGs for a while in order to focus more on school and my xmas ps2 games (yes, civ is THAT addictive, even for teens playing ps2 and doing sports). However, I will finish my SG and GCF1 before stopping completely :)

I might try to join GGF2 - I like this team :)

Monarch maybe - a step up? We made this easy, even with the starting position from hell...

Oh, and thanks :)

The glorious Incan civilization now controls the world!

PreTurn: Nothing
1: Ignore production, it doesn't matter anymore.
Capture Bodo
Capture Tugela
Capture Karasjok (the last Viking City):

Because I messed up with the turn number at the beginning, I neither got the "You won!" message, nor could do a reply, but, this will have to do.

Congratulations everyone!

On GGF2, Maybe we shouldn't do a real world map. It's just not exactly what I think we should do, I sort of want more of an archipeligo than out world, so we will really have a use for the Man-O-War. So, I'll start the thread now. Come on guys, sign up :).

Great game guys, God that SG lasted forever! One day soon hope to join another one of your SGs Gogf, but it's break time for me. Enjoy GGF2
Man, what's with you and archipelago

I feel like it's the only setup that makes navies important at all.

Cizzlewalk, if you decide to come back to SGs before GGF2 is over, we'll let you in :).

Thanks man :D but I doubt I'll get all my shizat together before GGF3!

I'm glad to hear you love navies (much like myself). I have yet to find ANY game that hosts amazing naval battles (from AoE, to civ, to Rise of Nations!). So just to let you in on what my next 2 SGs will be, one will include a MASSIVE navy and the other will be in the Orient (Soldiers of "Fortune" ). These might be up by April-May so watch out for them :o

lol sure, I'll keep you in mind when I start (If I finish one of my games early, you might see this one as soon as middle of March).
However, I REALLY think you should up the irons on GCF1 and get that game going. When GGF1 began the first turns were in rapid succession everyday, but GCF1 has really been dragging out so perhaps you should emphasize the ending of this one soon :D
