I've seen this happen in 2 different games. Exact same thing. I'll be at war with another civilization. They will offer a peace deal where they give me the city I was aiming to take, so I accept the deal. Then, when I get that city the yields are not adding up correctly. They are ignoring the yields from the city center, which are usually substantial yields. As a result, the city has low food, very low production, and lower gold. I tried re-starting the game and it persists.
The problem does not occur if I just take the city by force. It only occurs when the city is gifted through a peace deal. Anyone else seen this? I can't find anything about it from the vanilla game so it must be an issue with the mod. I'd like to fix it, but I'm not sure where to look for the problem.
