1- I am Pachacuti, and I'm friend with Harald Bluetooth
2- Harald Bluetooth comes to me asking to declare war against Suleiman
3- I answer: give me 10 turns
4- A few turns later (maybe 3 or 4), I declare war against Suleiman, and take his capital.
5- A few turns later, Suleiman accept peace
6- Harald Bluetooth comes again saying "Remember about declaring war? What do you do now?"
Now what? Am I forced to declare war AGAIN? Hasn't he seen I DID declare war?
