The representation of a person belongs to this person.
I don't have the right to hack into your computer and to copy your files.
You don't have the right to distribute the picture of someone if she does not agree about it.

That's also called BASIC politeness.

Sorry, I just dont buy the holiday photo thing - you're making that up. Regardless, I cant see any harm - you'd have no idea who she was, where she lived, or any other details about her - same as if you walked past her in the street. The real impoliteness would be if you posted personal stuff about her with the pic, which I wouldnt do. By itself I cant see the worry - otherwise you'd have to walk around with a blanket over your head all day.

This is curious because in the Babes Thread, did anybody over there actually get the permission of the woman before they posted? What about permission from the owners of the photos? In the Member photos thread, there are several postings with girlfriends and fiances or even just friends in the photos. Are you saying they had to ask permission from every person in that photo to post these? Just the girls in the photos?

I actually got permission from every girl I posted a photo of. I'm about to post another photo. Even though I myself am hesitating, I still don't see the big deal.

Please, everyone, try not to reply to this thread unless you are posting an on-topic picture or commenting thereof.
