Give bad advice

40) mountains take too long to mine. so get an early jump on it by mining them first.
41) divirsify your armies. each army should have a fast offense (horse) a bombard (archer) and a good defender (spearman).

42. Don't build armies at all. Use the leaders for rushing barracks and coastal fortresses.

45 Read the manual

44b With all subsequent settlers, immediately press "b".

35. Always build the Great Library on Chieftain, especially when you are the tech leader and 1 tech away from discovering Education. :smug:

actually, that can be a good thing: why let another civ have the Great Library to catch up in techs?

Hey, you think I was being serious? In any case:
Spoiler :
I said you are the tech leader. This means no other civ is as advanced as you. This means they won't catch up, since that technology has to be known by 2 other civs. And if you are 1 turn from discovering education, it's even more pointless.

46: Try combining the No Military variant with Always War. :ar15:

23. Listen to Aceman101's opinion on slaves. :p ;)

It is true though. Slaves don't cost any upkeep unlike normal workers. With a big pile of slaves you can get things done in 1 turn just like normal workers. I would actually use your own workers and put them in cities and let the slaves do all th work. As long as you hav e enough of them. You'd be saving 100's of gold per turn because of the no upkeep. So Pyrroh's, I think you need to give the 'ol slaves a chance!

Slaves are so easy to get and you will get them in huge masses when you conquer enemies. So I think it really would be: Listen to Pyrrho's advice about not building slaves and paying hundred of gold per turn from upkeep's of worker.

Pyrrhos said:
22. You can never have too many slaves! If you spot an AI worker or settler, abandon the attack on Seattle/Veii/Omdurman and capture the worker/settler!

The last one is partly true. You can never have enough slaves .

The point of Pyrrhos's bad advice was about getting distracted when executing a war. Slaves are good, but when you're attacking a city and suddenly shift some attackers to capture workers before you actually take the city.. :nono:

49. Research Philosophy first and choose Bronze Working as your free tech. Then you won't need to buy it off the hated <civname>.

You'd bring lots of attackers to a city. I bring about 40 cavs and 80 artillery. 1 less attacker won't stop you from conquering.
