Giving Canoes to Natives [ACCEPTED]

A native version of the coastal ship is straightforward to implement in comparison to coding a bunch of special logic to deal with embarkation (which would be a totally new feature that is very similar to what is used in civ5/6). However, it's worth keeping it in mind though!

I now remember that I have to add AI support for transporting units with the coastal transport! :P

Yes, it is a piece of cake compared to the original concept in the first post. :)

The Unit itself more or less just adding a Unit in XML and creating a few 2D graphics (Button, City Screen).
The only challenge is to have Native AI properly use it.

However, it's worth keeping it in mind though!
True, maybe I may one day find another good idea for this "embarkation logic". :dunno:

The "Native Canoe" will only work if the Native AI will be able to use it. So I would really appreciate all support for AI logic.
Let me know if or when I should prioritize this so you may have a prototype to test AI logic. :thumbsup:

Otherwise this is currently "Priority 3" for me. (Unless another WTP modder needs it for some reasons.)
I really need to finish my implementations for "Terrain Overhaul" / "Health Overhaul" / "Yield Overhaul" first.
 
I like this and voted yes, though there are several changes I consider more interesting or useful to do sooner. Though my opinion means little, since right now I'm all opinion and no contribution :/
