Are there any glamorous names that you can associate with your job? If so, what are they? They can be names that are somewhat in circulation or ones that you've made up yourself.

In the winter I'm a Master of the Custodial Arts; (I know it's from Half Baked)

Actual Job: Custodian, or a Janitor if you want to be a D!CK about it. Though the official job title is castodian. (Yes there is a difference, janitors just clean, custodians clean and repair/replace things that break).

In the summer I'm a Small Aquatic Lifeform Attractor Distribution Specialist.

Bait Shop Attendant.

What are yours?

'Global capital flows facilitator'

To be perfectly honest - corporate loan shark.

I always thought 'vision technician' was a good one for window cleaning.

'Prosperity bringer' is another one to get round the doubling posting that arises from the slowed down forum.

I am also a Master of the Custodial Arts, as well as a Dairy Products Access Specialist and a Master Pizza Chef; ie at my college cafeteria I clean up, refill the milk stations and put sauce and cheese on pizza crusts.

In summer, I was a Mass Medial Distributor

IOW, I was a paper boy.

Right now, I'm only a student. Well, only and only - I'm a civil engineering student in technical physics and electrotechnics international, which ought sound impressive for sheer length if nothing else.

Come spring, and I'll be writing a thesis on something most of my family won't have an idea what it is after I explain it.

When I was in university, my part time job was a "Culinary Assistent!" What I really did was just make tonnes of sandwiches and help the head chef's make salsa and various types of food.

Senior HelpDesk Technician

Which basically means I do nothing all day, except browse various message boards and check up on my fantasy teams.
The people on the Helpdesk are the ones that do all the work. And well they should considering they're lower on the totem pole than I. :D

I was a Clerk (actually a bagger to be specific) at Ukrops last year, but they insisted that we call ourselves associates (I don't remember my exact title, though).

My work study job is junior CAP Network Administrator / graduate research assistant.

seriously. thats what it says on my pay stub.

In real life, i browse message boards, fix a prof's computer when it breaks, and every once in a while, google something about linux for my boss

I am a disciple.

I'm currently a Freelance Sociologist, specialising in the Daily Routines of Cyberbar Attendees.

(I hang about at CFC).

University student is pretty fancy in a country where only a fraction of the population has superior education, so I don't need to make up titles :p

Actual title: Configuration Engineer

Actual job: Paper pusher

I, like nonconformist, am a Educational Attendant.

My friend worked at a gas station pumping gas, and he called himself the "Chief Petroleum Transfer Technician." Sounds impressive doesn't it? :p

Minister of Leisurely Affairs in MyParentsHouseIstan

Deck Crew Chief.

In reality, I'm the second of two crewman on the boat, the other being First Mate and Engineer. I do run the whole deck though, so I guess its legit. Sort of. ;)
