We might need to start looking for a replacement for Wyrdlam (Eygpt). They are at 8 skips, if we don't hear from them by 10 skips the spot will be up for grabs. Its only been 24 turns in and I believe they built the Hanging Gardens, so the civ is in good shape.

The fickle Bieber faithful have chosen a new government. As new ruler I have recently converted to Bieber Fever. I am not aware of all of the diplomatic relations made by the former government, but just in case they were hostile or unfriendly I want to make it clear that it is not time for hostilities between civilizations. The new government is open to cooperation.
