What are those 2 artilleries doing? locations: 52.72 and 53.73

* I´ll "buy" the city with an emissaire.
* The units inside the city were originally austrian, so please don´t move them.
* You can move the Neutral and the Austrian Infantry located around Milan. They are yours.

*I paid 200 to Austria
*The 2 canons from Milano were not touched
Domestic buildings and traders are now build all over the country. Due to current lack of money, no rush-buyings, though some units will be finished next month.
And I made peace with the Neutral alliance.
