Gold 4.0 Help Offered

Hi there!

Not sure where this should go, so move it if needed. I'm new to Civ IV, but LOVE the Gold Mod, and would be willing to offer help with the next version. I'm a grad student in religion/cultural studies with XML coding experience so, um, that could be useful.

Where should I look for open projects and who should I get in touch with?
